Listing Terms for Rental Shops – Rent To Go

1. These terms

These terms apply to any business ("you") whose vehicles are listed on RentToGo, whether our team added the listing with your agreement or you added it through the RentToGo Partner app. They sit alongside our Terms of Use.

2. What RentToGo provides

• A free listing of your vehicles and a business page on renttogo.in and in the RentToGo app;
• Customers can call or WhatsApp you on the numbers you choose;
• Where available, a count of the enquiries that came through RentToGo.

RentToGo does not take bookings, collect money or charge commission, and is not your agent or partner. We may introduce optional paid features in future; they will always be optional and offered on separate terms.

3. Your responsibilities

• Rent out only vehicles you are legally allowed to rent, with valid registration, insurance, fitness, pollution certificate and any permit or licence required for hire (for example under the Rent a Cab Scheme, 1989 or the Rent a Motorcycle Scheme, 1997 and your state's rules).
• Keep your listings accurate: real photos of the actual vehicles, current prices and terms, and remove vehicles you no longer offer.
• Tell customers your full terms (deposit, documents, fuel, limits, damage and cancellation) before they pay you.
• Handle customers' documents and personal information lawfully and only for the rental; never keep Aadhaar copies you do not need.
• Never ask customers to pay RentToGo, or use RentToGo's name to ask for money.
• Do not write reviews of your own business or of competitors, or offer anything in return for reviews.

4. Your contact details

We publish only the numbers you agree to, and we keep a record of that agreement. You can ask us at any time to change or remove them, or to remove your listing entirely, at [email protected] or through the Partner app.

5. Reviews

Customers who confirm their phone number may review your business and vehicles. We check reviews before they appear. If you think a review is false or abusive, tell us and we will look at it again.

6. Removing listings

We may hide or remove a listing or your business page if it is inaccurate, if we receive credible complaints (for example of asking for advances without handing over a vehicle), if you break these terms, or if the law requires it.

7. Liability

You are solely responsible for your vehicles and your rentals, including accidents, damage, fines and disputes with customers. You agree to cover RentToGo for claims that arise from your vehicles, your rentals or false information you give us, to the extent the law allows.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Surat, Gujarat having jurisdiction.
